Reservation Policy: For most of our trips, a 50% deposit is required to secure a trip date. The balance is due on or before the start of the trip. We accept checks or cash. In the event you need to cancel a trip, a full refund of your deposit will be provided up to one month from your trip start date (minus a $25 processing fee). Inside of one month, no refund will be provided except for a medical emergency or if a replacement is provided (we will try our best to find you a replacement). Following your deposit, we will send you a confirmation letter and a list of items to bring on your specific trip.
Gratuities are appreciated by your guide(s) if you feel they made an extra effort to make your trip enjoyable
